Anna McGrath launched WonderWorks Consulting in 2003. As President and Founder she has built a reputation as an agent of change. With over 20 years of both organizational development and senior corporate real world experience, she leverages her expertise to bring innovative and impactful custom designed solutions to her clients.

Her key focus is on partnering with organizations that are committed to a holistic strategic approach. Supporting leaders to measure success through a strategic triple bottom line business plan. Anna is deeply committed to collaborating with executives, supporting them to differentiate and revitalize their culture, through aligning core values, vision and mission.

Anna is a proven thought leader who lives and breathes the values and practices of a conscious agent of change. She seamlessly combines work and play, and is passionate about inspiring authenticity, innovation, and purpose to create engaged individuals and thriving organizations. Anna is an avid single digit golfer and tennis player.

Awakening the dreamer is a Pachamama Alliance initiative and Anna is the San Francisco Community facilitator and leader. When she is not inspiring others to create a positive impact in the world, she is playing golf and tennis. Anna has set herself a long -term goal. She wants to collaborate with aligned individuals and organizations to create a 'ECO' Golf Foundation. Where golf course environmental challenges, best practices and opportunities are researched and developed to ensure public golf recreation facilities continue to thrive.
